WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella’s husband, Artem Chingvintsev, faced arrest on charges of felony corporal injury of a spouse. TMZ reported first that Napa County deputies responded to a domestic violence call at around 10 am on Thursday. Deputies arrested Chingvintsev at the scene and reported injuries.
Following TMZ’s reports, People Magazine reports revealed that authorities arrested Artem Chingvintsev on charges of corporal injury to a spouse in Napa, California. They booked Chingvintsev into Napa County Jail within an hour and released him later the same day. The booking records show that authorities charged Chingvintsev with corporal injury to a spouse and set his bail at $25,000.
Although officials have not confirmed it, many assume that Nikki Bella, whose real name is Nikki Garcia, is the alleged victim. Felony corporal injury of a spouse is a serious criminal offense where someone intentionally causes physical harm to their spouse, partner, or the parent of their child, resulting in significant injury or trauma.
