CONNECTICUT (WTNH) — A beautiful stretch of weather for Labor Day Weekend has brought people out to Connecticut State Parks.
With people spending time in the great outdoors, parking lots can fill up fast, according to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
The following state parks and beaches are closed due to full parking lot capacity on Sunday, Aug. 31:
- Scantic River State Park, Powder Hollow, Enfield
- Sleeping Giant State Park, Hamden
- Wadsworth Falls State Park, Middletown
