As expected, today’s Final Jeopardy clue stumped everyone, but Rocco still made it through by way of a runaway total. Yet again, we’ve got a brand new Jeopardy champion.
By finding and being correct on the Daily Doubles in the second round, Rocco had $17,200, more than double over his closest competitor, Janis. He didn’t bet anything as a result, so he lost nothing on his blank response and remained in first place.
Janis incorrectly thought it was “Found,” and lost a wagered $3,801 of his $7,800. She ended up in second place with $3,999.
Kiley risked all of her $5,800 on her answer of “Sanger,” putting the returning champion in third place with $0.
Final Jeopardy Answer for June 26
The correct answer for Final Jeopardy on June 26, 2025 is “Who is Princess Diana?”
We’re not sure how many people will get the “ironic in light of her name” part of the clue here and thus the right answer. This is in reference to Diana, the Roman goddess of the hunt, a deity who has very little to do with the late Princess. There is a chance, though, that the contestants will note that Princess Diana was indeed one of the most hunted figures in modern history by the paparazzi (though the clue doesn’t share any context of who the hunters are here). The older contestants here might recall the eulogy of Princess Diana better.
