Submit your claims for Apple’s $95 million Siri spying settlement

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Do you think Siri was spying on you? This is your chance to cash in.
Eligible Apple customers can now apply for their share of a $95 million class-action settlement over claims that Apple’s voice assistant Siri was listening in on conversations without users’ consent.
The payout is tied to a suit filed in 2019 claiming Apple infringed on users’ privacy by capturing conversations and passing the recordings to third-party quality control contractors.
Applications for the suit are open until July 2, 2025. You can submit claims for up to five Siri-enabled devices. To apply, you must swear under oath that Siri was activated without you knowing on each device between Sept. 17, 2014, and Dec. 31, 2024.
Payouts are capped at $20 per device or $100 total if approved.
Applications can be filed online.
