WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 95 North near Exit 42 in West Haven.
State police said troopers responded to the scene just before 12:30 p.m. Serious injuries are reported, according to state police.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
